Our site collects data shown in the comments form when a visitor leaves a comment on the site. We also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are saved indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.
If a user registers on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (but username can’t be changed). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through a spam detection service. We also collect information about you during the checkout process on our store. That data may be sent to third party payment services or suppliers.
What we collect and store
When visiting our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed (to show recently viewed items)

- Shipping address (to estimate shipping and send the order).

If you leave comments and reviews, those will be stored as well.
Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- order information, such as items purchased, order date, and shipping address
- customer information like name, email, and address.
Our team members have access in order to help fulfill orders, issue refunds and provide customer support.
We use PayPal as our payment processing partner. This requires some of your data be sent to PayPal to complete the transaction. This includes purchase total and billing information.
