Take some time to envision your goals and find, print, make, or cut out images that represent what you want to achieve, where you want to go, and how you want to be. You also want to include an image to represent why you want to focus your energy towards manifesting your future. Place these items as decoratively or plainly in a single place and display somewhere you see daily. On a second “board,” list out your accomplishments. Leave a place for you to add to this list and practice giving yourself credit.

Being true to yourself (trusting the voice in your head or feeling in your gut), providing yourself enough nutrients and rest, removing and overcoming stressors, sticking to your morals and boundaries, and fueling your heart and mind with love, acceptance, and growth.
